Climate Activism, Censorship and journalism; and Indymedia Rebooted

/2023-03/session/5-b/

Notes from two sessions.

Much like, PeerTube supports the needs of video folk better than Mastodon. We need something that better supports the needs of Curators, Journalists and Climate Activists. Journalists need to be able to see who has tooted their links. They also need quote tweets. Activists need something like https://joinmobilizon.org/en/ . Curators need article annotations, and filters.

We can and will build systems that better support activists, curators and journalists better than Mastodon does.
